 AMIT is looking for a digital marketer and project manager to:

Support the Marketing Director in developing marketing materials for client engagement, including communications, campaigns, and events. This includes creating collateral, content, and overseeing roll-out across AMIT-owned (email, social and web) and external channels.

• Manage AMIT’s digital content strategy (e-communication, website), execution, analytics, optimization, and reporting.

• Own AMIT social channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Develop content that aligns and furthers AMIT’s social strategy, post, measure social engagement and serve as AMIT’s social community manager.

• Monitor and analyze data analytics from website, social media, digital campaigns, and initiatives. Produce and disseminate regular reports on digital usage and results. Make recommendations, based on analyzing the data collected, for improving the digital content and communications strategies.

• Function as account manager for internal clients: oversee marketing projects including creating timelines, job tickets, calendaring/tracking project status.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital communications, including managing social media business accounts and implementing communications plans.
• Proven project management skills, including ability to: adapt to the changing needs of a fast-paced organization, remain focused on project goals and deadlines, proactively solve problems.
• Strong analytical skills to assess communications and campaign performance, synthesize data into actionable reports and recommendations.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fluid environment while meeting deadlines.
• Seasoned social media and digital marketing writer.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new software and applications quickly.
• Passion for using data.
Preferred:
• Photoshop, video/photography skills
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid, earned programs for digital communications, Google Analytics/AdWords – Social Media Ads – Retargeting Guru preferred
• Experience with account management tools i.e., Asana and others
• Experience working with WordPress
